FAQ
1. How quickly will Cinnechol work?
Because everyone's body chemistry, diet and exercise habits are different, individual results will vary. Cinnechol, when taken according to directions, will generally start to show results in about four weeks. Typically, the positive benefits as shown by blood readings continue to improve the longer Cinnechol is taken.
2. How is Cinnechol best taken, and will taking more speed up the results?
The directions for using Cinnechol as a dietary supplement are to take two capsules with a full meal, twice daily. The best regimen is to take two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner. Even though Cinnechol is an all-natural supplement, you should not exceed the recommended dosage. Helping the body normalize cholesterol levels and improving overall cardiovascular function is not an overnight process. It takes time for the body to utilize the nutrients in Cinnechol for the purpose of re-establishing optimal blood fat readings. Remember, it took many years of poor diet and lack of exercise coupled with heredity factors to reach a point where the circulatory system is out of balance.
3. Do I need to watch what I eat and exercise along with taking Cinnechol?
Regardless of what dietary supplement regimen you are using, it is always recommended to maintain a healthy diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, legumes, nuts and seeds, and plenty of spring or purified water. It is equally important to exercise regularly. Exercise is still the best way to maintain healthy physiology. That said, many people who eat well and exercise still have elevated cholesterol and diminished circulation. Cinnechol is specifically designed to work with a person's natural metabolic processes to help improve and maintain optimal cardiovascular health.
Note: It is important to check with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
4. Why is Cinnechol different than other supplements used to treat high cholesterol?
Cinnechol is designed to work with the body. It provides a synergistic blend of more than 15 natural compounds delivering hundreds of naturally occurring ingredients the body can utilize to promote balanced blood fat levels. It is always preferable to help the body help itself. Also, Cinnechol is unique because it addresses many facets of heart and circulatory health. Independent studies have demonstrated Cinnechol's ability to assist the body in normalizing not only total cholesterol, but also LDL (bad) cholesterol, triglycerides and C-reactive Protein (a marker that is an indicator of inflammation). In addition, Cinnechol has not shown any negative side effects in test subjects who have used it for several months.
5. Should I continue to take Cinnechol even after my cholesterol and triglyceride levels return to normal?
It would be a good idea to continue to use Cinnechol on a maintenance dose after you and your doctor are satisfied that your blood fat readings and other markers such as blood pressure are within normal ranges. At this point, the Cinnechol can be reduced by 50%. You may either take one capsule twice a day with meals, or just take two capsules once a day with your largest meal. It is still advisable to continue monitoring your readings regularly. Remember, the typical lifestyle and genetic factors that led to the problem in the first place will still predominate for most people. Consequently, using the maintenance dose of Cinnechol is an excellent way to help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.
6. Can I take Cinnechol even if I am taking medications prescribed by my doctor?
Even though Cinnechol has no known side effects, anytime you are taking specific medications as prescribed by your doctor, you should always inform him or her prior to starting any type of dietary supplementation. Your doctor needs to know what you will be taking so he or she can in turn help you know what adjustments, if any, need to made with your medications. However, because of its proven ability to help your body improve heart and blood vessel health, your doctor may suggest that your need for prescription medications may be lowered accordingly as your health continues to improve. Conditionally, this same precaution will hold true if you were to switch from a typical high-fat and high-sugar diet to a strict low-fat and low-sugar diet. That change would most likely necessitate a change in the levels of drugs you are taking, and may even allow you to eliminate certain medications.
Note: Never adjust your levels of prescription medications without your physician's knowledge and advice.
7. Can I take Cinnechol even if I have not been diagnosed with elevated cholesterol or triglycerides?
Yes, Cinnechol is excellent to use as a preventative supplement. The typical lifestyle of poor diet and lack of physical activity is more likely than not to eventually cause cardiovascular problems. Also, if there is a family history of heart disease, it would be prudent to adopt a healthy lifestyle with good diet, exercise and complementary health supplements like Cinnechol. In this case especially, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. For prevention purposes, the suggested dosage of Cinnechol would be identical to the maintenance dose, two capsules with your largest meal.
8. What other benefits will I see when using Cinnechol?
Because Cinnechol can positively impact the entire cardiovascular system, many indirect positive benefits may also be felt. As circulation improves, oxygenation of the body's tissues improves. This can translate to more energy, improved endurance and an overall feeling of more vibrant health. Mental clarity and alertness may also improve as blood flow improves to the brain. Additionally, as the numerous nutrients in Cinnechol assist the body's functions with decreasing inflammation, there may be a noticeable improvement in joint health and flexibility. Finally, any improvement in energy and endurance can lead to an ability to increase physical activity. This then can translate to a reduction in body fat and an increase in lean tissue.
